Woody and Fruity Escape

. For the scrub, 100g of brown sugar with 20ml of Pure Massage for 4 people.
. For the fragrance, 10 to 20ml of Sauna Veil for 1 liter of water (plan for an average of 3 liters of mixture)

Pour two or three ladles (depending on the size of the sauna) of the water/Sauna Veil mixture onto the stove’s lava stones, not too quickly, ensuring the liquid is evenly distributed over the stones.

1st round
Do a 2nd round and after a short rest, invite participants to leave the sauna to distribute the scrub prepared in advance (one tablespoon)

Invite everyone to apply a full-body scrub, then return to their place in the sauna.

3rd round

4th round
Participants are invited to leave the sauna and perform an ice cube peel with Cedar Litsea Cloud, then proceed to the shower.

After the shower, a snack, tea, or herbal tea is offered.
