. 1 container for the scrub + for the ice cube peel

. 1 sauna bucket with its ladle
For the scrub, 100 g of brown sugar with 20 ml of Pure Massage for 4 people.
For the fragrance, 10 to 20 ml of Sauna Veil for 1 liter of water (plan for an average of 3 liters of mixture).
Two or three ladles (depending on the size of the sauna) of the water/Sauna Veil mixture are successively poured onto the lava stones of the stove, not too quickly, distributing the liquid over the stones.
1st round
Do a 2nd round and after a short rest, invite participants to leave the sauna to distribute the pre-prepared scrub (one tablespoon).
Invite them to exfoliate their entire body, then return to their place in the sauna.

Participants are invited to leave the sauna and do an ice cube peel with Orange Cloud, then go to the shower.
Tip: Add honey to the scrub.After the shower, a snack and tea are offered.
