. Eucalyptus Sauna Veil + Eucalyptus/Mint + Luxury
. Menthol crystals (2 to 4g depending on sauna size)

. 1 sauna bucket with its ladle
Two or three ladles (depending on the sauna size) of the water/Sauna Veil mixture are successively poured onto the stove’s lava stones, not too quickly, distributing the liquid over the stones.
1st round: Eucalyptus Sauna Veil
2nd round: Eucalyptus/Mint Sauna Veil
3rd round: Luxury Sauna Veil
Guests are invited to close their eyes. The branches are immersed in an ice bucket and movements are made towards each participant to allow them to benefit from the power of aromatherapy.
4th round: Place a few menthol crystals on the stones “Inhale-Exhale-Feel”. Participants are then invited to leave the sauna and go to the shower.
After the shower, a snack, a mint green tea, or an herbal infusion are offered.
