Successively pour two or three ladles (depending on the sauna size) of the water/Sauna Veil mixture onto the stove’s lava stones, not too quickly, distributing the liquid over the stones.

3rd Round: Guests are invited to close their eyes..
Dip the branches into an ice bucket and make movements towards each participant to let them benefit from the power of aromatherapy

4th Round: Place a few menthol crystals on the stones or in an ice ball “Breathe In, Breathe Out, Feel” Participants are invited to leave the sauna and go to the shower.

After the shower, a snack, a mint green tea, or an herbal infusion are offered.
